2.) What payment options does LowWeeklyPayments offer?
ALL accounts are given 3 payment options detailed in all of our rent-to-own agreements:
1. A 90 day same-as-cash price.
2. Early payment option, where, after the first 90 days, customers will have the option to pay-off their account early, anytime, with a one-time payment at a 40% discount of their remaining balance at the time of payment.

LWP is the most affordable RTO program in the market, period. We are so sure of this that we guarantee we’ll beat the total contract price of any competing RTO offer by at least 10%.
4.) What are the core CUSTOMER BENEFITS of LowWeeklyPayments?

5.) Is LowWeeklyPayments’ approval based on my Credit Score?
No. In fact, a customer’s credit is not run or checked. Approval is based entirely on the application form.
6.) If approved, do I have to pay for shipping of the product I was approved for?
No. You will be notified when your product is ready to be picked up at the retail store you chose.
7.) Can I buy any product I want through LowWeeklyPayments?
For the most part, yes. If approved, we will purchase most products sold at any of our participating retail locations for you. Exceptions include any perishable or consumable items as well as products with specific sizes, such as personal items or articles of clothing. These items are not eligible. All products are approved individually.
8.) What information is needed from me to complete the application form?
Forms have 5 basic elements:

• Personal Information
• Source of income
• Personal references
9.) What documents will LowWeeklyPayments ask from me?
We will ask for a government-issued identification (such as a driver’s license) and for some form of income verification (such as a paystub or paycheck).
If there is any missing information in the application, or information we were not able to verify, we may ask for additional documents intended to confirm identity or income. Because each application is reviewed individually, the final list of documents required for any particular account may vary from one application to another.
10.) Does LowWeeklyPayments offer used or refurbish items?
Not usually. LowWeeklyPayments typically only does rent-to-own agreements for new items. However, exceptions may be made for some refurbished items if the product is being sold with its original warranty or guarantees from the original manufacturer of the product.
11.) What is LowWeeklyPayment’s Return Policy?
All items are returnable, no questions asked, after at least 4 weeks have been paid. We also don’t have a Return Fee of any kind.
12.) What is the service or repair policy?
Most products purchased through LowWeeklyPayments will have a minimum of 12 months guarantee with the manufacturer. Any required services or repairs necessary because of a manufacturer defect or problem are covered 100% free of charge and will be taken care of for you.
13.) How do I pay my low weekly payment?
Payments will typically be set up automatically with each customer’s credit card information or, in some cases, may be done by calling our service center the day payment is due. Account holders may also pay their LowWeeklyPayments accounts in Cash at the store where the product was purchased.
14.) How do I get approved for more products?
LowWeeklyPayments will regularly evaluate customers’ accounts and will notify all customers that may qualify for a second product or agreement.
